Ayelet joined Do-Coop Technologies in May 2007. She has over thirteen years of experience in the life science industry. In her role she is responsible for the finance and legal aspects, development of new business opportunities, as well as management of existing and potential customer relationships. Prior to joining Do-Coop Technologies Ltd, she served as head of the Corporate Economic Department for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
Prior to that, Ayelet served as CFO for Mindsense Biosystems, a biotechnology company. Ayelet holds an MBA with honors from the Israeli College of Management, and she is a certified public accountant.

Eran-Gabbai

Eran-Gabbai is the inventor of Neowater, and the entrepreneur who founded Do-Coop Technologies Ltd.
Over the past decade, and continuing today, Mr. Gabbai has collaborated on studies in various fields including extended work in the field of hardly solubilized drug compound in Neowater with Prof. Leslie Lobel (Ben-Gurion University, Israel); transfection and amplification of primary cells with Prof. Andreas Kage (Cherite University of Medicine in Berlin, Germany); and biological physics and quantum mechanics with Prof. Eshel Ben-Jacob and Prof. Yakir Aharonov (Tel-Aviv University, Israel). He has also worked on nanotechnology research with Prof. Arie Zaban (Bar-Ilan University, Israel). He also conducted research on biofilms with Dr. Yoram Siegel, Head of the Urology Dept. (Asaf-Ha- Rofe Hospital, Israel) and with Prof. Shlomo Magdassi (Casali Institute of Applied Chemistry, Hebrew University, Israel).

Regina Nadborny

Regina joined Do-Coop Technologies at the beginning of 2008 as Head of the Chemistry Department, bringing her experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in the fields of analytics, formulation, and drug delivery. She currently oversees the research and development of chemicals and drug formulations and applications. As the leading chemist in Do-Coop, Regina is also in-charge of the applicative research at Do-coop.
From 2004-2008, Regina was the Analytical R&D Department Manager at Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd, a company specializing in microencapsulation and drug delivery. Prior to that, she specialized in drug development and bio-analytics as a Senior Chemist at QBI-Israel. Regina holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, all from Tel-Aviv University.

Yossi Gabbai

Yossi Gabbai, the company's Chief Operating Officer, is one of the founders of the company. He has served the company from its very beginning, with responsibility for the process of developing and manufacturing the company's proprietary technology, as well as the manufacturing of the co-developed products with Do-Coop customers. Prior to Do-Coop, Yossi served in the Israeli security service.
